Personal Coaching (one on one) is designed for YOU! When we enter a personal coaching relationship, we will provide a needs assessment and a values assessment. From there, we will explore your desired outcomes from our coaching relationship. The most common way to coach is on the phone. We are also available to coach using a video option (Skype, Google Hangout). If you are in proximity to drive, we are available to coach in person. Coaching conversations are 45 -60 minutes in length.
Personal Coaching Packages:
One Time Coaching Call – We can schedule a one-time coaching call. Price: $75
Monthly Coaching Call – We can schedule a coaching call one time a month. Price: $55 per month (Three-month minimum)
Six Months Monthly Coaching Call – We can schedule a coaching call one time a month. Price: $300
The Spiritual Leadership Trait Assessment (SLTA) is a method of gathering feedback from others about yourself. This assessment will help you better understand yourself, and afford you an opportunity to maximize your top strengths while addressing your top growth areas. The SLTA is a 360 assessment specifically targeted to consider your spiritual leadership traits and influence. The SLTA is a tool developed by The Institute for Spiritual Leadership Training (IFSLT). I am certified by the IFSLT.
You will be provided a full 360 assessment regarding your spiritual leadership traits ($69) as well as three personal (one one one) coaching sessions to coach through the discoveries of this assessment ($115).
