Each course is comprised of 15 hours of coach training. Twelve hours is face-to-face classroom training, and three hours is independent work. Independent work consists of completing the required reading, having a working knowledge of the text informing your ability to discuss it during the training.
Cost:
Cost per course is $175, and covers the cost of the participant guide. If a participant pursues certification, in addition to the 15 hours of training, participants are required to submit one video recording of a coaching conversation and a written self-assessment. There is a $50 fee to process each recorded video coaching conversation. To complete the training, a final (5th) recorded coaching conversation must be submitted at no additional expense. The trainer will provide a written assessment for a minimum of two recorded coaching conversations.
Participants may purchase the required reading for each class, or use a public library. Any expenses incurred for required reading will be the participant’s responsibility.
